Terms of Service: By booking on line you understand that Hara Health Center, LLC is a Health & Wellness program that provides in person services at our offices located at 248 Addie Roy Road A103, Austin, Texas 78746. You are expected to show up in person to receive services in accordance with the selections that you make as provided in this site and that you provide to a representative from HHC, LLC. You also understand that licensed professionals may have additional requirements for their sessions with you. Licensed Practitioners provide services within the scope of practice for their licenses in the State of Texas and the sessions that are provided are consultation in accordance with the level of training that they have obtained for their specialty areas of practice. Information obtained about you from representatives of HHC, LLC is confidential and is governed by HIPAA. This website offers descriptions of services, scheduling of events and opportunities to book in person services and pay on line. You must be present to receive services in Austin, TX at the date and time of your booking. When you speak with a representative you will be asked to sign privacy practices. You will also be informed about HIPAA at the time of your service. These services are available for adults who are older than 18yo at the time that they receive services. Your fee covers one day or two days of services depending on the package that you choose. You will be asked to show proof of a negative COVID test to participate.
We may, without prior notice, change the services or features of the program as we see fit to provide safe delivery of services. If one of our practitioners is ill we will provide comparable alternate choices in their place.
Intellectual Property: The services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, texts, graphic, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto are the exclusive property of Hara Health Center, LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Hara Health Center, LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses including attorneys fees made against them by a third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
Refund Policy: When booking on line you will be entitled to a refund if you cancel your booking up to 7 days out from dates of service. If you cancel within 7 days of your service, your booking fees will be held as credit for future services with Hara Health Center. There is a non refundable $75 on line fee when booking on line.
