We are the first practice of its type in Austin to have a whole team of ethnically diverse mental health clinicians with graduate degrees trained in multiple psychedelic-assisted therapies (MDMA, ketamine, and psilocybin). We are also trained as trauma specialists utilizing EMDR and traditional talk therapy.

Debra Schneider
Debra provides business leadership and support to the business and to the therapy team.
Debra applies 25 years of cross-functional leadership to the oversight of all non-clinical areas of the business. As a graduate of both University of Michigan Ross School of Business (BBA) and Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business (MBA), Debra provides the foundational knowledge and experience to support Hara’s business launch and growth. On a mission to support her husband, a Special Forces combat veteran, and his journey towards healing, she discovered her own trauma and how it had been stifling her personal growth and self-love. The relief and clarity combined with her passion for helping others makes her eager to provide this same relief to Texans and veteran families. In her free time, Debra loves spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and relaxing with a beautiful sunset or waterscape.

Tammy Clouston, LCSW Supervisor

Tammy is a senior clinician with almost 30 years experience working in mental health settings. Tammy is Certified EMDR therapist and specializes in trauma focused work with a sub specialty of healing narcissistic trauma. Additionally, she enjoys working with clients through group therapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused brief therapy. Tammy utilizes a heart centered, relational approach in her work with clients. Tammy prefers working with clients aged 16 and older. In her free time Tammy enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking and baking, nature photography, and spending time active in nature.

Mona Adamaszek, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Mona is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she obtained a Master’s of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin. As a psych NP, she is trained to deliver health promotion, treat behavioral and mental health concerns across the lifespan. Her approach is holistic, she finds it imperative to explore the connection between the mind, body and soul. Mona's vision is to guide clients to improve their lives and well-being by helping them harmonize the intricate connections that often get lost. A few of the many modalities that she focuses on are medication remedies including ketamine assisted psychotherapy, supplements, talk therapy, self-care, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, spirituality, socialization, nutrition/diet and exercise. She has been in the field of mental health for over seventeen years. Mona has in depth experience working with kids, adolescents and adults in an assortment of mental health facilities. She has worked in settings of inpatient, outpatient, emergency observation units, detox units, residential treatment centers and community health. Mona's main goal is to provide clients with a holistic approach to managing their mental health needs by helping clients find the root cause.

Shina Lee, LCSW

Shina is an LCSW with 15 years of experience working in mental health settings. Shina is a Certified EMDR therapist and specializes in clients with anxiety, depression, unresolved past trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and working with Asian American/minority issues such as family conflict, immigrant mental health, intergenerational trauma, perfectionism, and cultural identity. Shina uses cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic psychotherapy, and person centered psychotherapy. Shina prefers working with adults of all ages. In her free time she enjoys watching Korean dramas, spending time with her husband and two girls, and loves plants.

Jesse Ramel, LCSW

Jesse is an LCSW with 10 years of experience working in mental health settings. Jesse is a Certified EMDR therapist and specializes in working with clients with anxiety, depression, unresolved past trauma, and anxiety disorders.
Jesse is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. Jesse has been in the healing profession for over 20 years with a background in Sports and Rehabilitation Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Meditation, Spiritual, Personal Awareness/Development Coaching, and Yoga/QiGong. He has been training in several therapeutic modalities including, Gottman couples therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), motivational interviewing, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Interpersonal Neurobiology, ETT, and Hakomi. Hakomi is a body centered psychotherapy modality that is based in mindfulness.
Jesse uses a strength-based, mindfulness, and attachment/relational approach. He sees couples and individuals.

Chloe Rogers, LCSW

Chloe has primarily worked with young adults and couples struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, and pressure. She is very passionate about helping others to overcome people-pleasing techniques and helping them identify and set boundaries that align with their goals. Coming from a multicultural and multiracial family, she loves to celebrate our differences, while also inviting you to share your own experiences. Chloe is an LGBTQIA+ ally and invite clients to share their experiences in a safe, nonjudgmental, and validating environment.
Chloe was born and raised in Houston, Texas, before moving to East Texas for college. There, I got her Bachelor of Social Work at Stephen F. Austin State University. I then moved to Austin while receiving her master’s in social work through Saint Leo University’s social work program. She learned to “pivot” during the pandemic, as I had to undergo graduate school online. She is flexible and enjoys being a part of others’ healing journeys. In my spare time, I love to be with my friends, family, and two dogs. I enjoy listening to music, running, reading, yoga, baking, and spending time outside.

Alex is a counselor with over five years of experience working in diverse settings such as research, therapy practices, high schools, and juvenile detention centers. Alex is an ADHDer who specializes in helping those with ADHD as well as trauma-focused work. Additionally, he appreciates collaborating with clients through couple's therapy, group therapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution focused brief therapy. Alex utilizes a warm and empathic approach with his clients that tailors the needs of therapy to each unique individual. Outside of work Alex enjoys climbing with friends, paddle-boarding, painting, cooking, jogging, or relaxing with his orange tabby cat Peaches!

Fedora is a master level social worker and policy professional with experience in children and families, trauma and mental health, and clinical counseling and is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with training in I-Rest®, EMDR, and yin yoga. Fedora specializes in complex trauma and PTSD and has almost 20 years experience working with people who have experienced child abuse and neglect, commercial sexual exploitation, and other at-risk situations. She draws upon her professional experience and yoga training to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for you to learn, grow, and support your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health.

Hoor is a multicultural, EMDR-trained social worker providing trauma-informed services to adults seeking to process personal and intergenerational trauma. Hoor adopts an intersectional and strengths-based framework to help clients define what healing looks like for them, utilizing an integrative approach with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused brief therapy techniques. While she works with all adult survivors of trauma she has a particular interest in working with BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ populations. In her spare time, Hoor enjoys creating elaborate meals for family and friends, traveling to new countries, strength training, and painting.

Wayne is a vibrant therapist with a keen sense of humor, specializing in working with neurodiverse individuals such as those with ADHD, autism, and OCD. Wayne is deeply committed to gender-affirming therapy and addressing associated traumas. He also brings extensive experience in supporting survivors of various forms of violence. With a background in substance use treatment for individuals with complex co-occurring conditions, Wayne employs a therapeutic approach that integrates motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation, cognitive processing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Wayne aims to foster transformative shifts in his clients, leading to lasting improvements in their lives. Outside of therapy, Wayne enjoys the challenge of wrangling his three dogs, creating electronic music and multimedia art, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Daniel is a bilingual (Spanish/English) clinician with almost 12 years of experience working in mental health settings. Daniel is an EMDR therapist and specializes in trauma informed care. He integrates mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help patients improve their well-being. Daniel’s approach is client-centered and strength-based, overall providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to reach their goals. Daniel enjoys working with clients aged 6 and older. Beyond his practice, Daniel enjoys family time, reading, hiking, meditation, and staying active through cooking and various forms of physical exercise and relaxation techniques.

Sarah is also trained in EMDR and incorporates ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, DBT, and CBT into her practice. Her treatment style is characterized by collaboration, warmth, and humor. Sarah prefers working with clients aged 13 and older. Outside of work, she enjoys watching films and documentaries, practicing yoga, and cooking.

Allie integrates a combination of solution focused brief therapy, humanistic therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered therapy, and is working toward her EMDR certification. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem. In her leisure time, Allie can be found attending concerts, playing board games, going for runs, and spending time in nature.

Outside of her professional life, she loves traveling, spending time with her dog, discovering new culinary delights as a foodie, and engaging in daily movement like Pilates, dancing, or hiking.
